Thursday’s offering begins when 2011 champion Keegan Bradley tees off alongside Jamie Donaldson and former world No 1 Adam Scott.

In the next group, world No 1 Jason Day kicks off his title defence with 2014 winner Rory McIlroy and ex-Balutsrol champion Phil Mickelson, who finished runner-up to Henrik Stenson at The Open earlier this month.

Friday’s featured coverage is expected to include the major-winning trio of Danny Willett, Dustin Johnson and Henrik Stenson, with the second round groups being confirmed on Thursday.
